N122WR is a 1975 Cessna 177RG.  Known as the Cardinal RG, it is a cross country dream come true.  A 200HP fuel-injected engine and retractable landing gear allow for a cruise at 140knts.  Gross weight is 2800lbs with about 1000lbs useful load.  61 gallon fuel tanks give 2WR almost a 900 mile range at a comfortable 10 gal/hr.  The avionics package features a Garmin GTN 650 GPS/NAV/COMM, S-Tec 2 axis Autopilot, DME, engine analyzer and a fuel monitoring system.  Pilots need to have at least 100 hours TT, a complex rating and a few hours with one of the club CFIs.  Insurance minimums may also apply. The current rate for 2WR is $110/tach hour (wet)

N8291E is a 1979 Cessna 172N.  Known as the Skyhawk, it is the world’s most common general purpose and training aircraft.  A 160HP engine allows for a cruise of 105knts.  Gross weight is 2400lbs with about 900lbs useful load.  40 gallon fuel tanks give 91E a 400 mile range at a comfortable 9 gal/hr.  The avionics package features Garmin GTN 650 GPS/NAV/COMM and DME.  91E had a new interior in 2005.  Pilots need to have a checkout with one of the club CFIs.  Insurance minimums may also apply. The current rate for 91E is $80/tach hour (wet)
