 | In August, the Rangers acquired an Adventure Pilot iFly700 VFR GPS unit. The club's 172 has been in need of a replacement for the aging black and white Garmin for a while, and the iFly brings a whole new world of situational awareness to the cockpit. The iFly features geo-referenced sectional charts with the ability to overlay flight plan tracking on the chart. It also has low en-route and approach plates, eliminating the need to carry and maintain paper copies (remember, this is a VFR only product!). On your next flight, please check out the iFly!
